Bill amount quoted in email doesn’t match my bill online

Received an email to say my bill is x amount. Log into my account and cannot see that amount on any of my bills. The amount stated in the email is nearly double what is showing on my last 2 and current bill.

Have you used any services that would incur any extra premium charges?

 

Have you changed your billing date?

 

You’ll be able to check the bill in the app, as long as you’ve registered your number to the app.
