My contract is £6 a month but i got billed over £10 i have hardly used my phone so have not used my price cap.in fact my roll over is now over 38 g .im on 20 gig plus unlimited calls and texts .

Hey there
Your itemised bill should show why you have been charged more. It’s most likely due to either changing your direct debit date or plan recently, or due to the RPI/CPI price increases in April, if you believe to have not used your bill cap.
