Hello I paid on 14 and again on 19 Feb this is year for my phone bill any idea why,?

 

I hope I will get answer 

Last month I asked for any proof of purchase new contract..no answer .I swear if don't help me or give any number speak with human I will not pay any another money you are very unhelpful.i sure if show my question without answer definitely you break terms
