Hi,

 

I cancelled my contract within the 14 days cooling off period and believe that an outstanding debt has been passed onto a debt collection agency.

 

I received an email to say my cancellation has been approved and another all outstanding bills has been paid but I have been receiving calls from an agency related to id mobile debts.

 

Can anyone help?

Hey there ​@Tonymccabe84, sorry to hear that.

 

When you cancel with us within the returns period, you’d still be liable for the final bill, which is the time the line-rental was opened for from dispatch.
