Hi I’ve recently changed from a sim only plan to a new contract, however they’re still taking the Sim only charge from my bank on top of my new monthly plan… is there any way to speak to someone about this?

It sounds like you haven’t changed your existing plan, but instead purchased a new, separate plan.

 

Have you been given a new mobile number?
