Every month my direct debit isnt set up, even i done it online after I make payment online. Is there a why I can speak someone at id mobile

Hey there ​@Anneka, as of right now, when logged in, does it show your direct debit is active?

 

Have you asked your bank if it’s active also?

Afternoon ​@Anneka  log into the Live Chat and in the mess box type in To speak to someone.

Our Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday,

and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays

No the issue hasn't resolved, If possible i need to speak someone to make sure my direct debit is set up
