Your 24-month minimum term has ended, but your iD contract has not,
Unless you leave iD for another network (PAC or STAC), or give 30-days notice of cancellation, you will need to continue paying for your iD contract.

I haven't got id mobile account anymore I need to pay my final bill but won't recognize when I log in , is there a tel number to phone or email address to contact id Mobile.

You’ll be able to call our manual payment line on 0333 003 0001 from a non-iD Mobile number to make payment.
