early upgrade option has gone

On the app and online it said I can early upgrade from today. So I have logged in to have a look at my options and now it says that it is too early for me to upgrade?

You could call the iD Mobile telephone sales team, to discuss your upgrade options, ​@Tashapm. 

Contact iD sales between 9am - 6pm, on 020 7139 1397.

    It may be worth trying later on in the day or even on the next day or as ​@andewhite suggests, calling the sales team.
