I want to know how you can continue to charge me my existing monthly charge when the phone is paid off. Daylight robbery

Your service ends when you end it, as per the terms and conditions you agreed to. Perhaps next time, you should read the terms and conditions of the contracts you sign to avoid feeling like you’ve been deceived.

Haha obviously didn't see that. More trash from ID. Made enquiries and no other mobile provider continues to charge you the same monthly subscription after you've paid the phone off.

Hey there ​@Fiona Blades, I can confirm this is the same for other networks also. One example of this would be EE, who continue to charge you on the same contract and charges unless you decide to change plan, upgrade, or cancel with them.

 

This is standard practice across most networks, and we all require 30-days notice to cancel, or you can request a PAC code and use it when you like.
