I have received a final demand notice.

i took out a sim only contract which ended up in error due to the fact i already had a contract with id mobile. To move to that contract, id have had to have changed my phone number. So i cancelled it within the 14 day cooling off period.

i have been receiving texts saying that i need to pay but when i call id mobile, the automated system says im up to date.

 

help! What do i do?

If you withhold your number before calling the automated payment line, you have the option to manually enter the phone number you wish to make payment for.


To withhold your number on an iPhone, navigate to Settings > Apps > Phone > Show My Caller ID and turn the option off.

We are sorry to hear this has happened and that you are having issues making the payment. 

You will need to call the payment line from a non iD SIM card and enter the details manually. 

Would this be possible?
