hi there my name is jimme bonestroo ive been trying to pay an outstanding balance and re setup my direct debit for ages have gotten a letter about it ive not got my id mobile sim in as im currently abroad and will be for the next 6 months i cant login to pay nothing will let me call the automated numbers to pay. Please help me give you money. The phone number to pay online don't work over here with this sim so that's out can't receive a code to login to my account so can't pay that way

Hello, I am having this exact same issue, ​@Tom . I also can’t connect to the payment lines from here (do you have a number can call from abroad?). As I am in Australia the live chat is always down when I’m awake. Please let me know how to pay, thank you.

Local sim. My ID sim isn’t working, which is why I can’t receive texts to log in

Okay ​@Hannahlubella, the call might be getting blocked by your local SIMs provider, as it’d be classed as an international call. Can you try the full number (International Access Code + Country Code):

0011 44 333 003 7777

If that doesn’t work, I'd suggest contacting your Local SIM provider to ask why the call would be blocked. Thanks!
