Ive already had a convo with id re mobile roaming in turkey . I paid but it wouldn't work so they said out of courtesy would refund but deduction on latest bill

How can i contact customer services?

Okay, where were you told that out of courtesy that we would refund?

Have you contacted back there?

The add-on will still show on the bill itself, but we’d add a credit to your account to cover it so when it comes time to actually pay the bill, you wouldn’t be charged for the full amount of the bill.
