I'm a new customer and realise I'm on the wrong plan. I'm on unlimited data plan when I only wanted 25gb plan.

Today is the day that my number has ported over from the old network and I realise I've been set up on the wrong tariff. I would like to change it please as its not within my budget.

Hi there ​@Hatterroast, sorry to hear that. What tarriff were you meant to be on, for what cost per month? And what tarriff are you actually on, for what cost per month please?

 

As far as I’m aware, we’d only put you on the tarriff that was purchased at checkout, as we wouldn’t be able to change that ourselves for you, however, we apologise if that was somehow the case.
