Have you checked your latest bill? Does it show your address correctly? You can access your bills via the iD Mobile app.

I changed my address at the end of July, it still shows the old address, but now I should receive a new bill, but I don't see it on my app yet.

You mentioned that you changed your address at the end of June, which is why I suggested you check your latest bill. 
 

Go back into the app and check if your new address is showing under your current plan. Did you click “Save” and enter the OTP when you changed it last time?
