i think people should leave this network because when you pay your bill but your sevices stay off there is nobody to talk to at all, there are no call centers or ways to fix the issue, my bill is payed on my bank but says its not on my profile and now i have no working phone

If you paid your bill late it takes a few days to clear on iD’s system so they will only lift the suspension when they have had the payment.

When services are suspended, and then a bill paid afterwards, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume (typically a few hours).
