Line rental


Why am i being charged over £100 for line rental? I have 21 days left on my contract and never heard of line rental charges before.

Have a look at you bill on your online account/iD app.

Failing that probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@h0lly.t0vey   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
