I tried to make a manual payment in the app via my visa debit card (registered with iD and used successfully before). After the first try I was informed that it wasn't successful, so (stupidly maybe) I tried again, once again the app declared that it wasn't successful...but when I looked in my bank later I have 2 pending payments to iD, how can I get a refund?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
