So I’ve refered a friend almost a year ago, we both got email confirming we earned the reward. Email received on 03/11/2023 and there has been no follow up to this ever since.
Referal scheme has changed now and it uses a different company to handle referals, so maybe this had to do something with it.
How do I get this solved, as customer support only seems to be limited to chat bots?
