not able to log in on the app

Every time I try to log in say that my number doesn’t exist. 

Also my direct debit have been cancelled and can do a new one a pay the outstanding balance.

please help urgently .

Similar problem. Stuck in an online loop, so frustrating. Phone accidentally destroyed, but unable to log into my account because everything was on that phone. Verification codes required going to that phone and / or number, which I can't access. New replacement phone purchased, and therefore, need to cancel and avoid paying out twice. Cancelled  my direct debit too, but they will only build up what you is owed in the background and not end the contract just because the direct debit no longer works.

Plus no way to escalate or complain, just causes frustration and stress!
