Outstanding bill


I have an outstanding bill of £4.00 to pay, this was because of an issue with sim cards at the start of the account. I do not know what the mobile number is for this so cannot make the payment. It is showing on my credit record as non payment, under reference ID Mobile (I) Telecoms ****9762 - can you please advise how I make this payment of £4.00 without the mobile number. Can it be traced through the existing accounts in my name. Thank you

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Hazel1968 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
