Hello, it seems I have also been overcharged for the month of september, and now I cannot even access my bills.

  1. The additional payment will act as Credit on your next bill.
  2. Contact us for a refund.

Sorry to hear that, how much have you been charged and how much are you usually charged?

 

What is stopping you from accessing your bills? Have you registered to the iD Mobile app/website?

Hi Tom,

 

I have been charged twice for my monthly bill, which is £13.00. I can also see in my history, one charge on 9th of September and one on the 13th.
