paid my balance and Id still asking for money

So I’ve paid my balance they still ask for money contact live support they said they are “resolving the issue “ I am absolutely livid right now.I have school in the morning which is far from my house and I am quite a vulnerable person I woke up to double check if I can use my data but suprise I can’t worst customer service ever causing me stress now because I won’t be able to load any music /shows for my long journey to school or even contact anyone if anything bad happens definitely asking for compensation for the sheer inconvenience and this has caused me.Even checked this dashboard out to find out people are having the same problem as me as recent as 2 hours ago seriously ID fix up not only your unreliable customer support but also you service.Still can’t fathom how you take money out the account yet can’t provide the service which is on a contract

Hey ​@mikael. We had an issue with payments yesterday. This issue has been resolved by the team, and they’re currently processing the backlog. We expect the payments to process by midday today and your bar will be subsequently lifted.
