HiI received a text saying that my monthly bill could not be taken from my bank account - I have just changed the bank so it didn’t surprise me. I paid with a debit card but then a couple of days later the same amount was taken from my bank by direct debit. Essentially, I have paid the bill twice.What will happen now?Thanks
