I need to pay a Bill that the ESIM card and number is not being used however the new phone is, I can’t pay online as the number is not set up ? How do I pay my outstanding bill

Hi ​@Preacher1210 You can pay a bill manually via the manual payment line on 0333 003 0001.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Preacher1210    

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
