Paying an unpaid bill

Hi!  I am at my wits end trying to pay a final bill for a closed account-in the princely sum of just £6!
I held 2 accounts-one for my wife and my own -which continues
The wifes account was closed a couple of weeks ago but on which I still owe £6 which I am more than happy to pay...as the account is closed though, I cant get in to pay it!
Im receiving threatening emails now for this terrible arrear.
Can you please instruct as to how I may pay this direct please?

You can call the dedicated payment line on 0333 003 7777.

If you call from another iD Mobile line it may provide the balance for the number you are calling from.

Should you have this issue please call the number from a non-iD Mobile number and it should request the iD Mobile number you are querying and allow you to make payment.

Thanks for the response Kash- but when I tried that number yesterday, an auto message directed me to log in !!!    Which of course is the whole point- I cant !!
The problem seems to lie in the EE think EVERY problem can be covered by auto menus….it cant. So when an unusual query comes up you are left frustrated like I am.
You can see now why Im tearing my hair out!
Any more ideas please?

Hey there ​@juggathehut, when you call the payment line, it shouldn’t ask you to login to anything as it’s via the phone, not the app/website.
