phone cut off

ID have cut off my phone after saying I have no paid my phone bill. Although I have proof from my online banking and their ‘bill’ section of my account shows I have paid everything and I am up to date. I cannot find a phone number to call to sort this out and the AI chat bot aren’t much help.

Unfortunately ​@Josh Foyle, iD don’t have a telephone support helpline. 

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays. 

After connecting to their web chat, tell the 24/7 bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
