I missed a payment and now can’t pay the outstanding amount as my phone has been hacked again. When I try to pay it directs me to a page that wants £1 to get to help. Then it took £35 out of my account and is being investigated. It’s the first time I’ve used it and don’t want to lose more money. Any suggestions what I do next? Thanks.

If your device has malware installed, factory reset it and set it up from scratch.
To make a payment, you can call the iD Mobile Payment Line on 0333 003 7777 from a non-iD Mobile phone number.
- Select Option 2 for Payments & Billing
- Select Option 2 again for Making a payment
- Enter your mobile number as prompted
- Follow the voice prompts to complete the payment
Alternatively, for general payment inquiries, you can also call 0333 003 0001.
