I missed a payment and now can’t pay the outstanding amount as my phone has been hacked again. When I try to pay it directs me to a page that wants £1 to get to help. Then it took £35 out of my account and is being investigated. It’s the first time I’ve used it and don’t want to lose more money. Any suggestions what I do next? Thanks.

If your device has malware installed, factory reset it and set it up from scratch.

To make a payment, you can call the iD Mobile Payment Line on 0333 003 7777 from a non-iD Mobile phone number. 

  • Select Option 2 for Payments & Billing
  • Select Option 2 again for Making a payment
  • Enter your mobile number as prompted
  • Follow the voice prompts to complete the payment

Alternatively, for general payment inquiries, you can also call 0333 003 0001.

Tbh I don’t even know what malware is, I’m not a very technical person. I’ve been scammed just like the other customer, page wanted £1 then took £35 out of my account. How can I pay my bill?? I’ve just been cut off apparently and if you look into my payments it was actually taken from my account during the week. I will also be leaving ID as soon as I can. Couldn’t even get to web page this morning. I think it’s disgusting and also terrible customer service that there is actually no way of talking to a person. Fraud and certain other things need an actual person to talk to!!! Ridiculiuus

How can I pay my bill??

I’ve already provided you with information on how to make a payment. If you ask a hundred times, the answer will be the same.

 

It’s also not wise to randomly send private messages to strangers on forums like this, as that’s exactly how you get scammed!
