My phone bill is £8 and is showing up as £9.51 but I can’t see where these extra charges have amassed from how do I sort this thanks

Hi
Have you recently joined iD Mobile? If so, the extra charge may be due to choosing a payment date later than the connection date and hence you will have been charged for those few extra days e.g connected the 25th of the month and payment taken 1st of the month.
Also, your usage is shown in detail in the PDF copy of your monthly iD Mobile bill and will show where the extra charge(s) were accrued. You can access and download the bills from your iD online account for the last 12 months:-
Login to your account
Click on ‘Bills’ at the to of the page
Click on ‘View previous bills’
It will list the bills available and just click on the ‘Download as PDF’
You can set a cap on your monthly payment so that this doesn’t happen again:-
