Good Morning 

I have left ID mobile and moved my phone number across to another network. 

I have overpaid on my ID mobile account and am due a refund.

You do not hold bank details for me as I paid manually each month. 

How can I get my money back please?

Hey there ​@Ian Williams, thank you for reaching out.

 

To send a refund, you’d need to set up a direct debit via the iD Mobile app/website, and then get in touch with us to refund it there. Otherwise, it’ll just automatically get used as credit towards your next bill(s) until all used up.
