Hi, I have 2 numbers registered on my name 1 is used by my son and I use one. I am travelling abroad at the moment and added roam beyond plan but accidentally I have added to my son’s number who is not travelling. How can I cancel it?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
