I have tried the app, website and calling to manually pay my phone bill numerous times. On the app or website I get an oops error and if I call it says we cant process your payment at this time. What am I supposed to do?

Try using a different browser or clearing cache/cookies, failing that probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
