trying to pay outstanding bill

My wife tried to buy me a new phone for my birthday. However, as it was amazingly cheaper on ID mobile outside the app, it wasn’t bought through my account.

 

as ID would only port number via 3 way port, which is too much hassle, she cancelled the phone before delivery.

 

to prevent money being taken she cancelled the direct debit.

 

Now ID want circa £4, but we have no details on how to pay it
