unlimited plan but ID mobile told me I’ve reached my cap rvrn yhough not called premium numbers and hsve a receny contract… any help?!

I’m on an unlimited plan but today I received a text whilst calling a mobile number saying that I had reached my limit and I was cut off from the call. The contract plan only started about six months ago so is recent and II’m on a unlimited plan, but today I received a text whilst calling a mobile number saying that I had reached my limit and I was cut off from the call. The contract plan only started about six months ago so is recent and I have not been calling premium numbers, so this can’t be the reason.

Does anybody have any ideas why this is happening?

Have you tried calling the number again? Do you get the same error message?

If it’s a UK mobile I would advise contacting our Live Chat Team to have it looked into.

So you were mid-call, had an automated text, it then dropped the call, even though you’re on unlimited minutes?

Please don’t post the full number, but does it start with something like

070494, 070819 ,074585, 079110

As they cost 55pence per minute

074080 ,074081 ,074082, 074088, 074089 ,074178, 074572 ,075594, 079787, 074187, 074189, 079788, 074410, 074515, 075898, 075376 ,075592, 076607

And any of these cost £2.00 per minute

 

(And yes I know, I also never knew iD charged for 07 calls until after joining)

It wasn’t an error with the number I was calling, ID Mobile contacted me to tell me that this was part of the plan so it does need sorting out if I am paying for an unlimited plan

Hi. Okay that’s not any premium list I can find regarding iD’s tarrifs.

 

So the only other thing was whether the number you called was overseas?

 

I could be wrong, but from what I’ve seen these would fall into a chargeable bracket.

 

If they do happen to fall into our unlimited tariff then I must have missed that bit.
