Where can I find live billing cycle charges?

Hi, 

I’ve just joined iD mobile and on the app there already (less than 1 week in) is an additional charge showing on my live usage for this month - so it’s saying my next bill is currently going to be £xx which is more than the contract… where on earth do you find the live billing / charges?! I always had this with 3 mobile - surely iD have the same as I haven’t used anything outside of usage to my knowledge.

It’s annoying, but you’ll have to wait for the bill to be generated to see a complete breakdown of your charges.

Thanks ​@WelshPaul for your response - this seems totally mad as all other providers show your usage / charges in real time. I don’t even know what the charge could possibly be for so how can I ensure I don’t incur more over the next twenty something days until my next bill is generating. Frustrating to say the least! I’ll reach out to customer services today. Thanks

Could it be pro-rata billing? Setting your bill cap to zero will prevent any additional charges from being added to your bill.
