I have now been charged 3 times for 1 bill. Money taken 3 times.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Wilf Brehme   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Has all three payments been taken from your bank, or just pending?
