Bill payment was taken 3 times, spoke to customer service through live chat and was told refund was being processed and opened a complaint. Spoke to complaints department who then informed me it was being sent by cheque (no mention of this on live chat) and that account would be debited within 24 hours. Just spoke to the live chat for an update as its been 2 days, refund not processed and will be 5-7 working days. Can't believe anything that this customer service department tells you. This stands out as the worst experience I've had with any company in any industry, completely useless avoid them at all costs.
