Worst Customer service


Bill payment was taken 3 times, spoke to customer service through live chat and was told refund was being processed and opened a complaint. Spoke to complaints department who then informed me it was being sent by cheque (no mention of this on live chat) and that account would be debited within 24 hours. Just spoke to the live chat for an update as its been 2 days, refund not processed and will be 5-7 working days. Can't believe anything that this customer service department tells you. This stands out as the worst experience I've had with any company in any industry, completely useless avoid them at all costs.

Refunds via cheque can take 30 days to arrive and card refunds can take 7 working days.

Already got a complaint going through with your complaints department, still no idea whether to expect a cheque or bank transfer. Also on the phone at the time of posting this waiting to speak to a complaints handler, it's been over an hour. At this point I don't believe a single thing from this company, beyond useless it's almost as if they're avoiding this on purpose. A week since the issues began and still no straight answer from any department, more than once I've been told various outcomes, nothing has happened. I've never experienced anything like this with any company in any industry, you should be ashamed of how poorly you treat your customers.

Little longer!? Understatement of the century, been waiting 2 hours so far for someone to just pick a phone up. Had replies from yourself and a full conversation on the live chat while I've been waiting 😂😂. Genuinely a joke of a company, this is simple stuff

Hey there ​@Misherwood90, we had issues yesterday with our phone-lines and they were down, which is why no one would’ve answered, or why there’s a delay in getting back to you. Our sincere apologies for that.

 

I’d recommend retrying to call them today as this has now been resolved, or when you can, or await further updates.
