Didn't realise I could upgrade within the app because it breaks every time I use it or log in. Ordered a new SIM but want to cancel it now.

You can cancel your new contract by following our useful post below:
Once the new contract is cancelled you can process an upgrade order so you only have the one contract.

That doesn't work when I haven't set up the new SIM card, don't want or need to set up the new SIM card, and the app constantly breaks.

I sorted it via live chat, it only took 6 attempts and many wasted hours, and for the SIM to arrive so I could use the information on it
