Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your plan.

If you’re on a SIM only or Pay monthly plan and you’re thinking of leaving iD Mobile we’ll be sorry to see you go. But we won’t make it difficult or stand in your way – that’s not what we’re about. You’ll find all the info you need in our returns and cancellations page.

As mentioned in the title, cancelling your Direct Debit won’t cancel your plan. If you haven’t followed the correct cancellations process, your plan will remain active and you’ll continue to get billed by us, which you’ll still be liable to pay of course. If you fail to pay, unfortunately your plan will go in to collection and it could impact your credit rating.

Remember - this info is relevant to both SIM only and Pay Monthly plans.
