How do I increase my cap?

How do I increase my capped limit? Was not aware this happens as knew to mobile phones.

Hi Don26, if you need to change your capped limit, this can be done using the iD Mobile app or at my.idmobile.co.uk.
This will allow increased usage and can be reset to the normal level when your new billing period starts.
