Why is 3s mobile coverage even worse & inconsistent on iD? I seem to be in the 1% where there is no coverage (whatever that means) or very very, poor coverage for mobile & data, from London via the Midlands to North Yorkshire. Cant down load, phone calls losing reception consistently across tge country. Dire

Have you had a look at the coverage checker and the network status checker at the link below:
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage
If you don’t see any issues it may be a faulty SIM or handset.
However if you are generally unhappy with the coverage and are within the returns period we can assist with a return.
