Do you get any coverage bars? Does it show 3G on the handset?

Have you tried the SIM in a different handset?

Hello. How old is this post? Where are "settings"? How to login to "id community" as it takes you straight to "id mobile" platform and there is no "settings" selection in drop down menu?

Hello @Prize winner,



The Settings are found in your Community account (this one that you're replying from).



The Community account and the iD Mobile account are 2 different accounts altogether.



Click your profile icon and then select Settings from there.

You can then find the "Settings" shown in the GIF above.

Thank you Mohammed. Sorted now. It's so simple, but only when proper guidance is in place to find "settings" page first...

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on the page above, scroll down to see the Live Chat section. 

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.

No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.

Hey @Locka 

When you logged in the community. You should see your avatar on the right top corner of the screen at the top of the page. Tap on tap avatar and then popup should appear that looks like this

 

Tap there on "Private messages" then you will see green link that says "show conversation". You will be able to reply to a message from there.

Have you tried viewing your monthly bill to find a breakdown of the charge?

This should explain what the charge is for and how much this is as well as the date this was incurred.

Our phones are sold unlocked to any UK network, have you tried another UK SIM card in the device?
