Is there a means of bringing forward the date my old number is ported to ID? When I purchased the contract I selected 15th August 2023, not realising the phone would be delivered next day.

After connecting, type “talk to a person” to bypass the chat-bot, and speak to an agent.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

An agent needs to cancel and re-process the port.
