cant log in online or on app


Just a white screen when I click log in on website. Has been a white screen for all day. 

 

Stays on loading screen on app. App was working before 11am this morning.

 

Can you fix please? Thanks.

 

It was all fine before you decided to give us a new app 🤣 

 

A word of advice "if it aint broke don't fix it" thanks...

Have you registered to the new iD Mobile app before?

 

If not you’d need to register again, however new registrations may not be available at this time, we’d recommend keeping an eye on the following post.

I can’t log in - never had a problem before! Can you advise me please?

Says my email and date of birth are wrong (but they’re not wrong!).
