Change my Plan Procedure

My existing plan doesn’t include enough data so would like to change to a better one.

Can I do this through my online account and keep my existing SIM card and number or does it require a new SIM card and the need to activate it….just want to keep it nice and simple?

The new Plan cost is actually cheaper than my existing one and with better allowances so seems an obvious choice!

Thanks

Brian

Hi @BBofDon,

Yes you can simply change the plan whilst still keeping your number. If you head to the upgrade section of your account online (or on the app) you should find numerous plans on there.

Thanks Ryan much appreciated. Presumably that also means I don’t have to activate a new SIM card?

Thanks again

Hi @BBofDon

On some occasions you may be sent a new SIM card, all you would need to do is activate your SIM card via your online account, it's really simple, you can out more here
