contract finish

Good evening, my contract will finish next month and I need to close after as I dont use the number. Also I cant make an account so I can close my self as I loose the sim card and the number. So now I dont know how to cancel my contract after finish next month. Thank you

Is easy like this if you have the number to register. I dont have the number or the sim card so I cant register to cancel alone from the account this is my problem.

Have you tried contacting iD through their social media pages, @CezarS

You can send iD support a private message with Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter). 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
