Hello, I’ve recently just set up with ID. My number is set to change over on Friday. Is someone able to let me know when the first direct debit goes out. I have tried looking for a live chat but unsuccessful. Thanks

Your first direct debit is charged 2 weeks after the contract begins, then monthly from that date.
