Hi I signed up day before yesterday but still haven't received my eSim qr code email. 

 

Anyone know how can I request this? How to you contact customer services?

Sorry to hear this, are you sure an eSIM was ordered?

 

It may be best to pick up a physical replacement SIM card via your local Currys store.
