Hi there @Adi Nae

Sadly at this present time iD don’t offer Smart watch tariffs, so you can’t currently have 2 devices on one number.

And being as they only officially support mobile phones you can’t have an eSIM in a watch either.

Hi @Adi Nae

Unfortunately as @Daz_S suggests there’s nothing we offer at the moment, we have no plans to announce at the moment.

@Adi Nae,

Thanks for your feedback.

Hopefully it’s something that we can offer in the future.

With more and more people getting smartwatches i think ID are going to start losing clients if they don't support esim like other providers. I'm going to have to look into changing provider myself I'm afraid.

Well it's sad to see customers going to another network and one thing I see is the esim for smart tech like my apple watch? Unfortunately I'm new to my contract but to see over the last 12 months the same response as we have no update. I hope you keep record of the amount of people leaving due to something that has been out for years as ID can't provide it seems wrong.

I will update at the end of my 2 years contract to see if it's available by then.
