I have an existing SIM that I want to upgrade, but I also want another SIM. I understand that I have to open a new account for this but can I get the additional SIM with the existing customer offers or would that be at the new customer rates?

Upgrading the existing SIM/Changing the tariff of this will be at whatever offers shown in your account.
New contract = new deals.
Let us know if you’ve seen one you really like, we may be able to do something to match it, but can’t guarantee.
