Fraudulent account opened in my name


My identity has been stolen. Action fraud aware. My equifax report tells me the suspect had dealings with ID mobile in my name. Please contact me asap.

Okay @dinodino, sorry to hear about fraudulent use of your details.

iD Mobile tell you to contact them using their online live chat in these cases. 
If I was in this position, I’d contact iD customer service privately using Facebook Messenger, or send a Twitter DM. 

The support teams work until 8pm weekdays.
